Psychotherapy
Psychotherapy provides a supportive and collaborative space for personal growth and healing. Through in-depth exploration, psychotherapy helps individuals gain insight, develop coping strategies, and foster emotional well-being.
With advanced training in psychodynamic and Jungian psychotherapy, somatic therapies, expressive arts therapy, and integrative approaches, I tailor therapy to each client’s unique needs. I specialize in working with individuals navigating life transitions, grief and loss, depression, anxiety, ADHD, and PTSD, offering compassionate care to support healing and transformation.
I am licensed to offer psychotherapy services in the United States to clients in New Mexico, Maine, and Vermont. I deliver services via a HIPAA-compliant, secure telehealth platform. Clients can access therapy from the comfort and privacy of their own homes, ensuring convenient and confidential support.
Psychotherapy
-
Psychotherapy is for anyone seeking greater self-awareness, emotional well-being, and personal growth. It can be especially helpful for those experiencing life transitions, grief and loss, depression, anxiety, ADHD, PTSD, or challenges in relationships and self-esteem. Whether you’re struggling with overwhelming emotions, feeling stuck, or simply wanting to explore your inner world, therapy provides a supportive space for healing and transformation.
Integrative Counseling Services offers services for adults (18+) and couples. Please be aware that ICS cannot offer on call, crisis, or emergency services. For this reason the practice is not equipped to accept clients who are actively suicidal, actively self-harming, experiencing psychosis, actively addicted to / abusing illicit drugs, or whose needs exceed the scope of an online outpatient private practice psychotherapy service.
-
Starting psychotherapy is a simple and collaborative process. You have the option to schedule a free 15 minute consultation to discuss your needs, goals, and ask questions. If we decide to work together, we will schedule an intake session via a HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform. During the intake we will discuss your history, needs, and goals in depth. In the beginning it is important to schedule sessions weekly as this allows us to develop repertoire and establish the necessary foundation to deeply explore your concerns. Each session is tailored to your unique experiences, and together, we’ll develop a path toward greater clarity, resilience, and well-being.

ICS accepts a number of insurance plans, primarily in the state of New Mexico. Visit Psychology Today to see the full list of insurances.
The practice also offers a sliding scale option for clients who self pay (are not using insurance).

COACHING
Empowering & Transformational Coaching Services
I offer coaching services designed to help you create meaningful change in your life through actionable, creative, and individually tailored strategies. My approach is focused on helping you thrive, whether that means developing a healthy work-life balance, navigating life transitions such as career changes, divorce, grief and loss, or finding clarity and direction in times of uncertainty.
For individuals with ADHD, I provide specialized support to help you harness your strengths, build effective routines, and develop strategies that work for your unique brain.
I also offer coaching for English speakers living abroad, helping you adjust, find your footing, and transition smoothly into a new environment. Living in a different culture can be exciting but also challenging, and I’m here to support you in creating a fulfilling and balanced life, no matter where in the world you are.
Unlike therapy, coaching is not a mental health service—it’s a dynamic, forward-focused process designed to help you take action, overcome obstacles, and create the changes you want in your life. If you’re ready to move forward with clarity and purpose, I’m here to help.
Coaching
-
Coaching and psychotherapy differ in several important ways, including ethics, the client relationship, credentials, fees, process, and scope of practice. Coaches typically work with clients who are functioning well and seeking support in achieving personal or professional goals, with a collaborative, forward-moving relationship. Therapists, by contrast, are licensed mental health professionals trained to diagnose and treat psychological conditions, and they must adhere to strict ethical codes and legal regulations. Therapists are licensed by individual states and can only practice within the states where they hold a license, while coaches are not bound by location-specific regulations and can work with clients anywhere in the world. Credentialing also differs—therapists are required to complete advanced degrees, supervised clinical hours, and licensure exams, whereas coaching certifications vary and are not legally required. The coaching process tends to emphasize goal-setting, accountability, and performance improvement, while therapy often involves deeper emotional work and healing. Fees also vary, with therapy sometimes covered by insurance and coaching typically paid for privately.
Always make sure to explore the background and qualifications of anyone offering coaching services. While some coaches have the education, training, and experience to provide high-quality professional support, others may not. As a licensed psychotherapist with advanced training and specializations, and over 15 years of experience in practice, I bring a strong foundation of expertise to my coaching work—offering services that are effective, ethical, and engaging.

Expressive Arts
I offer expressive arts therapy and coaching services designed to support personal growth, creativity, and emotional well-being. Through various forms of creative expression, such as art, movement, music, and writing, we tap into the body’s natural ability to process emotions, clarify thoughts, and enhance self-confidence. This approach can be deeply effective in both psychotherapy and coaching settings, helping you access and explore emotions, set goals, and gain clarity.
Expressive arts work in an intuitive, nonverbal way that goes beyond traditional talk therapy, making it particularly powerful for those seeking a more dynamic, holistic approach to personal development. You don’t need any background in the arts to participate—this process is about self-expression, not skill. Whether online or in person, the flexibility of expressive arts allows for an individualized experience that can be seamlessly adapted to a variety of platforms.
Expressive arts therapy and coaching can be especially beneficial for adults navigating stress, transitions, creative blocks, or trauma. It provides a unique space to connect with your inner self and unlock creative potential, leading to deeper self-awareness, emotional healing, and renewed confidence in all areas of life

Yoga & Somatics
Yoga and somatic therapies are powerful tools for mind-body healing that help you reconnect with your body’s wisdom. Yoga combines breathwork, movement, and mindfulness to promote physical and emotional well-being, while somatic therapies focus on the body’s sensations to release stored tension, trauma, and stress. These practices encourage mindfulness, awareness, and self-regulation, allowing you to cultivate a deeper connection to both your body and your emotions.
Incorporating yoga and somatic techniques into psychotherapy and coaching can enhance emotional processing and support healing. Through mindful movement, breath practices, and body-based awareness, clients can release blockages, improve self-regulation, and increase emotional resilience. These practices are especially beneficial for individuals dealing with stress, anxiety, trauma, depression, and chronic pain.
As an E-RYT 500 certified yoga teacher and YACEP, I am uniquely equipped to offer specialized yoga classes, workshops, and training for yoga teachers, coaches, and psychotherapists. My experience allows me to provide a deeper understanding of how to integrate yoga and somatic practices into therapeutic and coaching sessions, helping professionals build skills to support their clients holistically. These services can transform both personal and professional practices by fostering greater self-awareness, self-care, and emotional healing.
